谷制源文化传播（上海）有限公司成立于2017年。

创始人雎锦淇先生在公司成立之初以女仆主题概念为特色，在二次元文化线下体验上发力，吸引大量二次元用户，使“潮玩产品”概念初具雏形。前期公司主营联动餐饮业务，通过与当季热门IP的合作，搭建沉浸式主题餐饮环境，迅速扩大品牌影响力，成功吸引大量消费者，同时也获得一批核心用户。

为后续创办晃晃森林，MOVADOLL等玩具品牌奠定了强有力的产品基础。目前与多家版权公司密切合作，曾于一年内成功举办近20场不同IP的线下主题餐饮活动，多次为知名IP制作周边玩具产品。截止目前已合作超过34个IP。

HISTORY

2008
萌果酱正式成立，在上海浦东运营【萌果酱女仆咖啡店】，同加强了周边和活动的丰富度,每个季度会围绕女仆文化开展,一系列的新活动，后迁至上海新天地商圈。除主营咖啡业务外，多次与包括三丽鸥、万代、漫威等众多品牌长期合作。致力于自主产品和IP产品研发，潮玩系列产品初具雏形。

2019
晃晃森林是谷制源文化传播(上海)有限公司旗下的一个致力于研发可动自走系列的潮玩品牌。品牌自2019年注册开始，先后推出多款可动主题潮玩，并不断与国内外知名IP合作，现已上线的合作IP有蔬菜精灵系列，罗小黑漫步系列和逛罗猫小豆泥系列。
晃晃森林拥有结构、外观等多项专利。品牌希望赋予潮玩一个“晃晃”的新概念。让潮玩不在仅局限于静态，搭配摇摇晃晃的步伐更大限度的增加其传递快乐的价值。其拥有的更高可玩性、更优的情绪价值，将为您带来全新的互动体验。为了在有限的机构空间内，实现首尾四肢联动，我们使用了专项开发CORE电机，制作了多级星形齿轮机构。同时为了增加可玩度还重新设计了联动机关，让它不是简单的平行爬动而是摇摆前进。
Shaking Forest is a trendy toy brand under Gu Zhiyuan Cultural Communication (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., dedicated to the research and development of a mobile and self-propelled series. Since its registration in 2019, the brand has launched multiple mobile themed trendy games and continuously collaborated with well-known IPs both domestically and internationally. The currently launched collaborative IPs include the Vegetable Elf series, Luo Xiaohei Strolling series, and Luo Maoxiao Bean Paste series.
Shaking Forest has multiple patents in terms of structure, appearance, and more. The brand hopes to give trendy toys a new concept of "shaking". Let trendy gameplay go beyond just being static, and combine it with shaky steps to maximize its value in conveying happiness. Its higher playability and superior emotional value will bring you a brand new interactive experience. In order to achieve linkage between the head and tail limbs within a limited institutional space, we used a specially developed CORE motor and produced a multi-level star gear mechanism. At the same time, in order to increase playability, the linkage mechanism has been redesigned, so that it is not simply a parallel climb but a swinging forward motion.

旗下MOVA DOLL独立产品，是国内唯一拥有发明专利，实用新型专利，外观专利三种专利齐全的十二分球形关节可动人型。

自玩具潮玩产品上新以来，大受圈内外玩家喜欢，持续畅销。
不同于通常款盲盒形式，将自走可动的全新概念加入，使得产品增加更多可玩性，让喜欢的角色不再局限余静止。未来我们也会设计更多可爱的玩具产品，让玩具不再局限于“玩具”，创造更多的陪伴情绪价值。
